You do a round with HR recruiter which is just standard get to know you, then an interview the the front end manager which is more conversational. Next step, they send you a take home project. I completed it according to all the specs, but got rejected for issues outside the specs. It is a complete waste of time and I believe they either wanted free labor to complete a project they needed or they were not serious about hiring anyone. I would avoid wasting time on them in my opinion.
