Was dragged through nine separate interviews for the Los Angeles position only to be told that I was qualified but wasn't a good fit because I didn't vibe with the team. They also gave me the first eight interviews during a two week process, then made me wait an entire extra week for the last interview because the hiring manager had to go on vacation so the entire process took a month and about 7 hours of interviews. This was also after he already interviewed me twice, but needed a third interview to decide we didn't vibe. During each of these interviews he paced back and forth in front of his laptop camera where all I could see were his basketball shorts and he would talk for 10 minutes straight without asking any questions. I have suspicions they wanted information from me without paying consulting fees because they had each team member ask me my processes in detail. Not sure if this is the standard policy, but to make someone go through nine separate interviews during a month long process just to not hire them is not just unprofessional and rude, but extremely cruel.
