Interview
1. Recruiter screening to discuss your history and what kind of role you are looking for. (30 min)
2. Call with the hiring manager. Similar questions to the recruiter. (30 min)
3. Take home assessment with two questions
4. Interview loop with 6 people. Includes a mix of behavioral and technical questions. (6 hours)
5. Recruiter reaches out with a decision within 1-2 weeks.
Overall, everyone was very nice and communication was excellent! This was an in-person interview and lunch was provided.
