Phone interview, followed by several in-person interviews. (Additionally a typing test and a grammar test). I was promised a response either way, and received no response and no feedback. I attempted contact with them for feedback but did not receive a response. Very unprofessional.

interviewed over the phone two weeks ago no return call or email i have years of experience for customer service not sure what the issue may be . so i am not sure if i am an candidate for the position or not
The interview went by very quick. There were a lot of scenario based questions. “What would you do it”, “name a time when” ...etc. overall the interview process went pretty smoothly.

Arrived early for the interview to be sat with a pool of candidates. It was a big day for hiring. Interviewed, discussed benefits and then had to meet with a higher manager because I was over qualified (they wanted to make sure I'd stay without promotion).
