So tired of the ghosting. Interviewed for about 20 positions here within the last 6 months. You do the interview and then the recruiter and hiring managers ghost you, or send you an email when you follow up 3-5 weeks after the interview saying there is no update and they'll reach out when there is. In my last interview, the hiring managers literally said we don't even know if we're going to fill this. STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME!!!!
