I first had a phone screener with a recruiter and then a Zoom interview with two of my would-be coworkers. They asked about my experience and interests and I thought it went very well. They took three weeks to get back to me, which at first I attributed to the fact that I interviewed right before Christmas, but eventually prompted them for a response and they said that I hadn't gotten the job.
