Interview
I had a rather unpleasant interview process from start to finish with Medical Solutions. I was given the complete run around for two weeks, between two different recruiters and a total of 3 different job positions, as the positions kept filling after they scheduled interviews for me (which makes things seem extremely unorganized) Finally, I interviewed for a role I was really excited for only to not be taken seriously by the hiring managers. One was late to the interview, and they seemed very uninterested in me the entire time. It was very frustrating and disheartening. I had to reach out to both recruiters to finally get an update - which I found to be extremely unprofessional.
Please post the salary's on the applications so that applicants are not mislead by what is seen on Glassdoor vs what is being relayed by the recruiter. It creates false hope and it's not taboo to discuss pay prior. Pay rates are the driving force behind decisions searching for work otherwise we wouldn't be working. Other than that, recruiters are beyond responsive, nice, and friendly, just think that up front honesty would be better for most.
