Quick to bring in for interviews, slow to make final decision. Their last person apparently left due to a long commute, so they asked a lot f questions about what my drive time would be. Job was described as a constantly changing, new role. Focused a lot of time on whether or not I would be willing to do anything I was asked/pinch hit while also knowing when to say no to the pesky sales people requests. Repeatedly described the company as a meritocracy where you forge your own path--I imagine it would have been healthily stressful. All around each person I interviewed with (total of four) was kind and easy to speak with. They ended up going with an internal candidate after I finished the third round of interviews...I was bummed!!
