I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Meditech (Framingham, MA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Friend referred me for position, few days later got a call from recruiter. Was a quick phone interview then set up a time to come and meet in person. First interview was about an hour, basic interview questions then a few days later heard back that I would have a second interview. Second interview required you to present on a topic. I presented in front of 2 hiring managers. It was very low-stress, and after answered more interview-type questions

Question 1
What is something you wouldn't want your coworkers to know? How do you handle time management? Describe the position you are applying for? What do you know about meditech?
Absolutely horrific. I had a phone screening with the recruiter that went well, but I didn't hear back for over a month. Eventually they got back to me with two times to pick from for a formal interview. I chose one, but never received an invitation. The day of the interview (which I had rearranged my schedule to make work), the recruiter informed me that we would have to reschedule. This happened AGAIN for my third round of interviews. Also, they send your references an entire worksheet to fill out. I was so embarrassed.

Very basic questions about work experience. Mostly they talked at me about the company.

Question 1
What is an electronic health record (EHR)? State two benefits an EHR can provide to a healthcare organization.
usual behavioral interview questions, two rounds of interviews with the first being a basic phone screening. Required to create a presentation on a topic of your choice for the final round. Most frustrating aspect is the wait as I was promised to hear back in several months ago, but am still in the waiting stage.
