One quick phone interview while I was in school. Then received a call for a inperson interview with HR and was told to expect a technical portion. After passing the technical portion, you will get a third interview with the hiring managers. When you get the call for the third interview, you should get in.

All Basic Meditech proprietary language. At the end, there will be two coding challenges, one being to code the Fibonacci sequence in the their language.

Interview
The programmer interview process was straightforward but long, taking roughly two and a half months, including a proprietary language test. It includes resume scanning, phone screening, and a coding challenge (they use their proprietary language, so you can not study first. There are 25 questions), a panel interview(logical questions, talking about your projects), and the last one is to ask you to write a short conclusion about the job responsibility and why you are a great match for that. All you need to do is be yourself.

I applied. They called me. Had an initial interview. Asked about Salary. It was pitifully low. No wonder they have so many open positions. The salary is not even in the ballpark to make a meager living.
