I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meditech (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2010
Interview
FOR ATLANTA ONLY:
It was a long interview process and they took a long time to give feedback or to tell you your next step. I did two interviews, and was scheduled a third before they decided to hire me, and it took weeks for them to respond to me and then weeks in between interviews and contact so when you apply it can take over a month for them to decide to hire you or not. For programmers they will have you talk to each department director regardless of the exact position you are applying for (service programmers will talk to development director and vice versa), and you will talk with various supervisors in each department. They are pretty much your typical interviews, and they will test your programming knowledge with some riddle-logic type questions. You will also take some tests. They will give you some informational documents laying down some basics of our programming language and then test you on that information to see if you can grasp the concepts. In my two interviews I spent probably about 10 hours in their building talking to different people and taking tests. Although I only had an associates degree and zero relevant work experience so maybe they were just being thorough with me.
Since, it was my first ever interview in this settings, I failed but I learned a lot from whatever mistakes I made…for examples under preparation, not having enough practice time to time…Anyway I am trying to get selected for future interviews by rectifying it.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Meditech (Canton, MA) in Oct 2025
Interview
3 rounds of interviews. A screening, technical, and behavioral + technical. The second round technical interview is on their proprietary language, and the final behavioral and technical interview is a mix of questions to get to know you and see if you're a fit for any of their current projects or the ongoing role.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meditech (Boston, MA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Round 1: Recruiter Call
Round 2: Coding test
Round 3: Panel Interview
I waited more than 4 months for an update on the decision. Idk if companies make candidates wait this much, but this was my first time experiencing it.
Anyways, thank you Meditech, for considering me.
