What is your understanding of the job you are applying for?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Meditech
Interview
I applied for a different position posted online, heard from a recruiter that there was a issue with my resume upload. I instantly forwarded it to them only to hear back that the position is no longer hiring 10 minutes later. They asked if I would be interested in a different position and I agreed to explore it. After having a 30 minute phone interview I got scheduled for a zoom interview with the actual department. I had to have a 5-10 minute presentation prepared on anything healthcare related to present during the interview. The direct manager of the position was present, along with their boss, and then the department head as well.
The application process is very thorough: they require college transcripts even if you recently weren’t in school, they sent a follow up interview question requiring a paragraph response about the interview, and contacted each of my references and could not progress my application without hearing from them.

Why I wanted to work for MEDITECH, why I wanted to leave my current company, why I felt I was a good fit for the position.
Gave them my resume at a job fair and was called back a couple weeks later.
The interview was in Framingham. I arrived 10 minutes prior and the recruiter came in about 18 minutes after the initial start time for the interview, no apology for tardiness either.
She seem disinterested in me the whole time. She asked me basic questions from my resume about my previous jobs/internships and why I chose my major and that's about it. I get it, I don't have much work experience as I have just graduated from college but she could have seemed a little more interested. I sent her a thank you email and got no response as well.
