Additionally, they require writing samples prior to a final interview. The unfortunate thing is that they actually call on your references prior to them deciding on an offer. Obviously, this is backward if you are considering a candidate going out for multiple roles as needed. My references reached out to me with great concern for the company as they sent them a list of questions via email with detailed responses required, they found that to be in bad form. They are also required to pull a college transcript. I graduated over a decade ago so I don't see how this is relevant.
