Honestly, this has to be the worst interview process I've had in years. The whole process was incredibly scattered, unprofessional and time consuming, with the final decision made 2 months after my screening call. After moving several interview dates around and adding in an extra step at the end, Meditech decided to reject my application, based on the fact that they need someone more senior to come in before they hire a junior. They offered to keep me in the loop of applicants while this was happening and for my own sanity I rejected it and moved on. Stay away from this company!
