I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Meditech (Foxborough, MA) in May 2025
Interview
First, a phone call with an HR person. Then, a coding test on a Google form, where they teach you their proprietary language and you complete two small tests: one is to perform a Fibonacci sequence and the other is to call names by getting their ID number. The language is closer to java then C. Then the final interview, it is you and like 4-6 people in a google meets call. One guy asks regular interview questions and going over your resume and such. They also like to know if you've worked a non-tech job, like I did in retail. Then the one guy explains the benefits the company offers. Then you have 30 minutes to answer 3 of 4 logic-based questions. these are common ones like weighing balls on a scale, light switches in a closed-off room, and moving people across a bridge in a certain time. Then any final questions and it's over.
