Very professional. Was more of a conversation than an interview. Was asked how I would promote the company's work and expand upon the current PR strategy. Was also asked about my background and how it would relate to the position. Did a lot of research on the company beforehand and it helped to have an understanding of where they were and ideas on what I thought they could do more of. Was first screened by a recruiter over the phone, then had an in-person interview. I was called back for a third interview.
