Screening call then Zoom Interview with Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager needed some practice with interviewing. He asked about sampling plans which was a specific question but other interview questions felt like he was just wanting a check list instead of a thought process which I feel demonstrates a person's work style rather than memorization of a process.
