The interview process consisted of a couple phone interviews, and virtual zoom interviews spanning a few weeks. The people involved were the recruitment team, a human resources representative, direct manager, and anyone also involved with the team.

Screening call then Zoom Interview with Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager needed some practice with interviewing. He asked about sampling plans which was a specific question but other interview questions felt like he was just wanting a check list instead of a thought process which I feel demonstrates a person's work style rather than memorization of a process.
