The process was organised but the technical interview is super poor and the "tech manager" lacks a lot of nowadays technologies. The interviewer was a senior software engineer and he thinks knowing magic functions means you are a senior engineer. Well, if thats true, then every senior engineer MUST know assembly and machine language.. An engineer is an engineer because they produce solutions. Coding is just a way to express that solution, thats why we have AI. I passed the interview easily but the way the interview was done is super bad!! Thats not how you interview even a freshman!
