I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace (Cincinnati, OH) in Aug 2018
Interview
Interview process was pretty easy. I first had a phone interview with an HR rep and it was basically just her outlining the position, then she asked me to come in for an interview.
The interview process was quick and easy. Met with two sets of two people. One from the department and the other from HR. Very simple and was offered the position within a week or two.
Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to interview with us. We are glad to hear you had a positive experience! We regularly review our hiring practices and strive for excellence in all areas. We are always looking to improve and appreciate the insight you have provided.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medpace (Stirling, Scotland) in May 2026
Interview
Good experience overall. I applied through the company website and heard back within a week. I was offered a phone call with HR, which I could schedule at a convenient time. The call took place the following week and lasted about 30 minutes, and after around two to three weeks, I heard back and was invited to interview.
The interview was with two members of the data department: one senior team member and one manager. It lasted approximately 50 minutes. There was also an informal 10-minute session with two data coordinators, where I had the opportunity to ask questions. I thought this was a really good initiative, as it made the process feel more open and approachable.
After the interview, I heard back within two weeks.

Interview
Started with a 30 minute phone interview with HR team member followed by 1.5 hour interview with 4 different members of the data management team. Overall asked typical interview questions.
Interview was effective. The setting was comfortable and I understood what was expected of me going into this job. The hiring managers made the process very smooth for me. I couldn’t thank them enough for that.
