I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace (London, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
The hiring process was very smooth. I attended the PhD Career Event: Clinical Trial Management in London. I was then contacted to set up an interview for the position of Associate Clinical Trial Manager. The interview took place a week after. I was asked to prepare a 10-15 minute powerpoint presentation on a given topic. The interview was conducted by members of the clinical trial management team. They were very kind and genuinely interested in my motivations to work at Medpace and my background. They wanted to know how much I knew about Medpace, and that I understood why Medpace is different from other CROs. A few days later, I was contacted by a member of the HR team to set up a second interview. This happened a week later, and I was asked more general HR questions. Overall, the process was very enjoyable!
