I was recently contacted by a recruiter who provided me with detailed information about the next steps in the interview process (which included a live coding challenge). However, after that initial call, I was ghosted and never heard from them again. It was quite disappointing. There was no email to follow-up on, and they called from an unknown number. My only point of contact was the AI hiring chatbox, which just said 'we will contact you if we are interested further'
