Typical questions that large companies ask. There was nothing "trick" in the interview process. Very long between interviews and next steps. long response time from HR and slow to respond, but I got the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Medtronic in Apr 2021
Interview
HR emailed me questions from the hiring manager which led to a quickly arranged Zoom call with the hiring manager. After that I had two other quickly arranged Zooms with two senior level people. Afterwards got no response from the hiring manager and after emailing HR, I was immediately informed they were moving on with another candidate. More or less was ghosted by the hiring manager. Felt like I was just being used as the backup candidate to the one they wanted to hire.
