I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic in Apr 2018
Interview
I had two rounds of interview, both on phone. The first one was with the HF staff and went through some behavior questions. I thought I didn't make it through cuz it turned out to be shorter than the scheduled 1 hour meeting, which took about 30 minutes but surprisingly I got the notice about 2nd interview in a week. The 2nd round is mainly about my project experience and had about 5 interviewers. Time was limited to 20 min and I didn't perform well.
Very valuable experience and you can tell their welcoming working attitude. Even provided me some feedback about my performance which is very appreciated!
