I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Northridge, CA)
Interview
There was no initial recruiter call. The pre-screen with the manager was just rapid fire technical questions. Then got an email about an in person interview where it was 5 hours long. The hiring manager did respect time and enjoyed everyone who was interviewing me to go over time and keep me longer than what was scheduled. I was left alone for roughly 30 minutes in the middle of the on site interview process. The next day, the hiring manager called and said they were impressed but wanted to bring me in a level below what I applied for and had to sell myself all over again.
