I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Irvine, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Basically put into a room and have a series of interviewers enter the room and ask you questions for 30-45 minutes each interview. The questions get repetitive. There were 6 interviewers and I felt good about 3 or 4 of them. The other 2 were tough and didn't seem interested in listening to what i had to say.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Denver, CO) in May 2019

Met with multiple members of the team including managers and director. Short presentation of background then breakout sessions with portions of interview team. Final breakout session was with managers and director. Interview included personality and technical questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2019
Interview
Screening phone interview with HR (wasn’t a good experience AT all, gave me a horrible impression of the company), in person interview (1 hour with 2 people, 45 mins with another). The interviewers were 2 managers from the team and 1 senior member of the team. The interviewers have specific questions from a packet they have to ask you, so less conversational than some interviews I’ve had.
