Medtronic MiniMed Principal Security Technologist- Attack Surface Reduction interview questions

I applied on the same day when the opening was out on their Workday platform. The next evening their HR calls me and we discuss about my current experience and my CTC and expectations, to which she said that she will pass my profile to the hiring manager so that they can schedule interview rounds. And then the day after that, some different HR calls me and repeats this same information what I discussed the day before with the previous HR. Fast forward till date, both the HRs ghosted me and never reached out to me again with the next steps. I even tried calling their numbers and texting them as a follow up and no one answered my calls. Purely unprofessional and I would totally suggest avoiding this company at all costs!! Imagine a candidate having this experience right early and this speaks volume about their work culture and professionalism.
