Medtronic Quality Systems Manager interview questions

Existing Medtronic employee applied Internal. Internal transfer submission. Communicated via email. Hiring manager reached out to my current supervisor to discuss before setting up a phone call. Scheduled 45 min called resulted in 60 mins. Discussed work history and job. Was great conversation and immediate feedback that unfortunately was not qualified due to lack of mgmt experience but extended alternative job position within same department.
