First, I received a phone screening with a recruiter in Apac. After phone screening, the recruiter asked me to schedule 1st interview. --2 weeks later-- I had 1st interview with a sales team leader- conducted via Zoom. --1 week later-- I had 2nd interview with a Korean regional sales leader - conducted via Zoom.

The interviewer asked me 2 case scenarios: 1. What would you do if you have to visit only one hospital when you scheduled to visit 3 hospitals for the same time by your mistake? - Caution: rescheduling cannot be accepted. 2. Your boss asks you to complete your work within today. However, your friend passed away all of sudden, and you strongly want to visit his funeral today. What would you do?

The interview included situational behavior style questions. It took around 60 minutes to complete with the first half general conversation and the second half situational questions. Interviewer was very personable.

Lengthy but thorough. Call with recruiter who asked all of the background and experience detail and 2 in-person interviews. Met with the DM and one of the reps and it was very much a back and forth conversation which allowed us to get to know each other better. Typical behavioral interview. Second interview was with DM and AD- this was more “interview-like” with all of the tough questions. Lots of follow-up in-between interviews. Process took about 3 months
