I received an email from a Coordinator to set up an initial phone screen, which was a 20 minute call to go over the position and my skill set.
A little over a week later, I received an email from the same Coordinator to come in for a 1 hour in person interview. I was interviewed by the Coordinator and another staff member on one of the teams. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The majority of questions were personality based. The interview did last 1 hour.
The office staff is dressed very casual in tank tops, shorts, tees. Not much multiculturalism, but a fair mix of men and women. You can see most of the office when you walk in through the entrance. Seems cramped, but their website states they are moving. The interviewers had both been with the company for several years, so it seems like a place people like to stay.
I received a copy and paste decline (two different font sizes between my name and the usual rejection verbiage) a little over a week after the interview.
