There is about 4 steps to the hiring process, phone interview, two in-person, and a working interview. The company is difficult to land a interview which I personally know from applying the past two years. Once I passed the first interview I felt like it was a feat. The second interview was my last with two employees. Though I'd been ecstatic to work for this company, I felt the personalities of the interviewers lacked the same excitement or maybe it was mutual we mutually did not feel there would be a comfortable fit. The company self proclaims to be open and engaging in community involvement as well as diversity awareness however, when I asked to elaborate on their current training, programs and/or community involvement the response was that they hadn't had a moment to focus on that but it was important. Seeing that I felt it was important to uphold the desirable attributes of the company I believe they may be falling short and that could very well be why at this time it wasn't meant for me to join their team.
