I applied through indeed and was contacted by workforce one to come in for an interview. I arrived for my interview set for 10am. I first met with one lady at 10:30am to look at my resume after 5 mins I was told to sit and wait to speak with another person. At 11am the other person looked at my resume and told me the job would pay 12-15 per hour depending on an assessment test and the job would begin immediately. She then took me to a conference room and let me know it would be a while before I went upstairs to have a real interview with mega aid. Myself and a group of people sat and waited until 11:45 then we finally went up to have a group interview. Once in the interview we introduced ourselves and gave a little background. The hr lady talked about the job and asked questions and everyone had some input. She then told us the pay rate was not 12-15 it was actually 11 p/h. She had us sit and wait once again for the CEO of the company. An hour later the ceo finally came in and asked individual questions to the people with the backgrounds that he was interested in. Now it is 1pm and the interview is finally over. They called everyone out one by one to say you got the job or you didn't. I got the job but did not accept because paying someone a low 11 per hour to take atleast 75 calls a day is a jip. I have a call center background and never was low balled like that. I got a phone call the same day to start training the next day. I politely declined.
