The first three interviews were well done, then the last one went terribly wrong. Phone interview, interview with CEO and HR Director plus presentation required to provide experience of previous management experience.

Question 1
After receiving the offer and during negotiations I was interviewed again for the 4th time. This time they put me in front of the Head of Business development which was not communicated to me. This person made me feel utterly deflated, he kept stating that because English was my second language I was not capable or writing good communication emails or documents. He was awfully rude and really underestimated me during an interview and after an offer had already been extended to me.

Was initially over telephone then face to face interview which included a presentation and also a test to see how I would react to various scenarios. The presentation was about a project which I did from start to finish.
