I applied online and then received a text setting up an interview with an assistant store director. In the interview it was pretty typical questions, and I received the offer on the spot.

What’s a time you went above and beyond at a previous job
Great. Interviewed with the hiring manager for the store and the department head for the store. Nice people. Had a great conversation and explained the role responsibilities and hours. Overall great experience.
The interview was a face-to-face Question and answer session with the store director after application process. Called in after an application to an informal team meeting room. Manager of the department was also present. Manager presence is optional
