I applied online on a Friday and was called Monday evening, where I answered 4 interview questions before being offered an in-person interview for Wednesday. I went in and had an interview with another manager who asked me around 4-5 questions, and then the man who did my phone interview came back in and interviewed me where he asked me another 4 questions. After they were done, they asked for my ID and SS card, so they could do my background check. I was called the following week to schedule my orientation.

Interview
Great team, great hours. I always have something to work on and can ask for help if I need it. There are also benefits to the job which is nice and I am able to take lunch if I need one so overall it is a great fit for me.
Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.
