I applied online and was called about five days later. I went for the first interview and the manager was very nice she made me feel very comfortable. She went over Meijers as a business she discussed point system, union, pay, retirement, what to wear, how training would go, ect. After discussing the job she asked me three question it was just for corporate she clearly didn't want to ask them, she didn't expect very well thought out answers it was just something she had to do. Then she set me up with a second interview two days later. The lady went over the same as the first then asked me three silly questions again and then she too set me up with a interview two days later with the store manager both interviews took about 10 minutes. I met with the store manager AGAIN he went over the same exact things the two other lady's went over, then he too asked me three questions. He then offered me the position and sent me to his secretary for a background check. *Remember the user name and password you used to apply* She had me log into that and then enter my social security number and drivers license number, then she said she would call me once my background check went through about a week. Dress nice, smile, be yourself, don't over think the questions.
