They call you up on the phone.. Talk to you ask questions ask you if you are still interested in working for melaleuca. Then you schdule a time to come go in to melaleuca for your interview.
Interview was standard and the building was beautiful. Very intricate and huge, but overall felt welcoming. I felt they were genuinely happy to meet me and the interview was positive.
Give you a tour but really are asking you questions about yourself. They get to know you, if they like you they will call you and set up a sit down interview. Make sure you dress nice when you show up for the tour.
