3-hr In person interview. Very unprofessional in ways that left bad taste in my mouth. No formal structure to interview process, director called without any notice during evening hour to have a long conversation. HR said there is no “salary limit or paying grade structure” at the company when asked about salary range for such position. I didn’t believe a word of it. Asked if i would be ok to work overtime without pay on regular basis (x3 /week) I appreciate the honestly but this showcases level of unprofessionalism
