felt rushed, was frequently interrupted by noise and people coming in and out. After getting hired felt that I wasn't fully informed on thee type of work that I'd be doing.
There was an initial phone interview, then an in person interview that lasted about an hour. The questions were centered around the type of behaviors you are expected to encounter while on the job.
Phone screen with the HR Consultant then 2 interviews. One with a director and one within the residence. Within the residence I met the students and manager. It was nice to see the set up of the residence
