Interview questions not job related. Also interview was after passing Hartman profile test. Everything done online. HR representative very attentive if you were wanted for hire but not helpful if you had issues after the hiring process. Was not given a realistic view of the job or the managers style, work days and days off.

Contacted by email (complete Hartman Profile & background check) and scheduled phone screening. After phone interview, HR scheduled me a panel interview with unit. After panel interview completed, HR contacted me with offer. Physical and drug screen to be scheduled; they will test for nicotine as well. Overall great experience!
