After interviewing with the hospital’s head hunters/hiring team, and they determining that I was a good fit, they moved me along for an interview with the manager of the unit. After the interview with the manager, I was offered a shadowing opportunity. I took it. I liked the unit and the vibe. I accepted the offer that was made.
