Interview was in front of a panel of 5 people from the unit. They asked questions like “Tell me about yourself”, “Why this hospital” “What was your best and worst clinical shift and why” “Tell me about a medical error you have done” “If you were to bring a dish to a potluck what would it be” “What kind of work environment are you looking for” the process was very smooth and they were very structured and professional throughout the interview. The email notification on an offer or rejection was sent out about a week later.
