Zoom interview panel and director was in a hoodie which through me off. Questions were mediocre. After 8 weeks they ask for a 2nd interview and same director had no computer access and ask to call instead. The phone call lasted 30 seconds. Very unprofessional considering director level. I’m glad I didn’t get an offer as first impression is important. Can’t take a director seriously wearing a hoodie on a zoom interview
