They called me to say they received my application and I scheduled an interview. It was in the back tailor room with the Customer Service Manager and the Store Manager. It was a typical retail interview. What does good customer service mean to you? etc.

The Store Manager asked me to interview him. I was completely caught off guard by that but I managed to work my way through it by asking how long he had been at the store, etc.
There was a phone interview with generic questions followed by one in-person. They asked me to put together several outfits and to associate them with a customer archetype (business formal/casual etc).
