3 round interview. First with the Sales Recruiter, then the Hiring Manager, then a 4 person interview (one after the other).
They are looking for confidence in their reps and obviously the ability to answer their questions succinctly. Be sure to have a conversation with the interviewers. These are the two main reasons why I didn't get it. I was overqualified for the position.
The interview process was fair. All the questions listed on glassdoor really helped. Be sure to know their elevator pitch, their products, the company history, and all the standard interview questions.
