I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mercer (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2023
Interview
The scheduling process was a bit confusing. They scheduled the interview, forgot about it then rescheduled. Had an interview for an hour. Half an hour with the first two people, and then with another two people (seems to be for a different position). Did not seem like an actual interview. Had no feedback, no refusal email. Nothing. Quite disappointing for such a large company.
