Mercer Graduate Career Consultant interview questions

Following the standard application stage there was a recorded video interview which competency-style questions. Practise questions were available as well as multiple recordings. I had to wait a few months after the video interview to hear anything back, and I was surprised when I received a phonecall inviting me for an assessment centre with just three days to prepare. This could have been handled better, keeping applicants in the loop during the decision process would be much appreciated. The assessment centre was enjoyable. There were a total of six tasks to be completed throughout the day, with a short briefings of two of the tasks being given days beforehand - a presentation about why I wanted to join Mercer and an individual case study. I was given my offer two weeks after the assessment centre, alongside all my feedback from the day.
