Two behavioral interviews. First one was on hirevue and was basic behavioral questions. Second round are three back to back interviews with associates and principals. Each interview was pretty casual and all the interviewers were extremely kind.

Question 1
Describe a time you worked in a team and things went well and when things didn't go your way.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer in Nov 2017
Interview
First round was a one-way video interview - about 7 behavioral questions which you are given with a 1 minute preparation limit and a couple of minutes to answer - answers are only one take and are immediately saved.
I passed this and then contacted by an HR rep to give my location preference and then did a video interview with 2 consultants from the office. This included more behavioral questions and they were very pleasant.
BUT, after this second interview I was never contacted again about where I stood, even after reaching back out to the consultants and the HR rep. Not only was this quite rude since I made the second round (and felt I did quite well), but I then received the automated decline in July 2018, 8 months after interviewing and 1 month after the position would have even started. The consultants were pleasant during the interview and the questions were great, but it is a shame that the HR reps and response time was so unprofessional. Not to mention that the one way video interview is never enjoyable.
