Mercer Health Consulting Summer Analyst interview questions

First round was a one-way video interview - about 7 behavioral questions which you are given with a 1 minute preparation limit and a couple of minutes to answer - answers are only one take and are immediately saved. I passed this and then contacted by an HR rep to give my location preference and then did a video interview with 2 consultants from the office. This included more behavioral questions and they were very pleasant. BUT, after this second interview I was never contacted again about where I stood, even after reaching back out to the consultants and the HR rep. Not only was this quite rude since I made the second round (and felt I did quite well), but I then received the automated decline in July 2018, 8 months after interviewing and 1 month after the position would have even started. The consultants were pleasant during the interview and the questions were great, but it is a shame that the HR reps and response time was so unprofessional. Not to mention that the one way video interview is never enjoyable.
