A MCQ aptitude and English test. Then after clearing test you get call for Interview. Then you have to go to their office for interview. There were two members in interview panel. Both were friendly in nature and didn't acted rude. Whole process was smooth. They didn't make you wait for 1 hr for interview just 10-15 minutes waiting.

Tell me something about yourself, hobbies, weakness, strengths. For technical they asked question regarding CT1 and CT3. Question were of basic levels. They were not too difficult and was checking your conceptual knowledge.
Very poorly, was contacted via LinkedIn (I didn't initially applied). The interviewer missed the first scheduled call and only wrote back after 5 days. Second scheduled interview was fine. Promised to give me feedback about salary range and send me further recruitment tests. Never got any feedback, seems very unorganized
