I saw the job announcement at my university's Career Development Center and submitted my resume online. Within a week, I received a phone call calling me in for an interview the next day.
I was interviewed by two people, a project manager and a consultant. The interview lasted less than an hour and consisted mainly of questions about my character. It was less about the technicalities of the job, more about what kind of person I am (with a focus on open communication and attitude).
They called two days later with a tentative offer, which I will mark here as "No offer" because it is contingent on whether our schedules (my commitment to my current position and their projects) work out. Overall, it was a positive experience.
